Strategic Accounts Relationship Manager - Vice President - BNY Investments Overview BNY Investments is a leading investment manager with $2.1 trillion in assets under management as of March 31, 2026. This role is part of the Investment Management North American Distribution team. Location: New York City, NY. Responsibilities Develop strategic plans for managing and growing assigned client relationships with a focus on revenue growth and retention through expanding use of BNY Mellon investment capabilities. Serve in a consultative role to assigned clients, advising on how to achieve short- and long-term strategic objectives, including collaboration with research sales teams at client firms. Support more senior relationship managers on the management of larger or more complex client relationships as needed. Collaborate effectively with internal partners including affiliated investment firms, field sales, product management, marketing, business intelligence, compliance, and legal. Contribute to and manage various special projects and activities that aid the Strategic Accounts team in achieving and communicating overall business objectives. Qualifications BA or BS degree in business, economics, or a related field. Series 7 and 63 are required. 4–6 years of experience in the investment services industry, preferably with U.S. intermediary clients; exceptional interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and strong follow-up and issue resolution capabilities. Broad knowledge of the U.S. wealth management industry and securities markets is preferred. Ability to work independently with ownership of responsibilities while also thriving in a team environment. Strong skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and database applications. Base salary is determined on an individualized basis, not guaranteed, and may be accompanied by commissions, discretionary bonuses, short- and long-term incentive programs, and company-sponsored benefits.
