Work Environment\n

This role is predominantly remote, providing you with the flexibility to conduct assessments and therapy sessions without the need for a physical office setting. However, you will occasionally engage with students and staff in school environments, allowing for a direct understanding of the unique challenges faced by our youth. Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct clinical support to client students, specifically those exhibiting symptoms of major mental illness and/or severe emotional disorders.

• Engage in collaborative treatment planning, working with school staff and families to facilitate integrated care approaches.
\n
• Conduct evidence-based screenings and assessments to tailor interventions suited to individual student needs.
\n
• Develop and implement integrated care plans that ensure continuity of care and appropriate service linkage.
\n
• Participate actively as a team member in multidisciplinary meetings to improve treatment outcomes.
\n
• Assist in crisis interventions, offering immediate support and necessary referrals in urgent situations.
\n
• Balance your caseload to allow for quality interactions and timely administration of therapeutic techniques in individual, group, or family settings.
\n
• Monitor and document client progress, completing necessary reports and data submissions in a timely manner.
\n
• Provide responsive support during and after program hours as required, ensuring that families have access to necessary services when they need them.
\n
• Contribute to organizational committees aimed at enhancing service delivery and quality improvement across our programs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on school-aged children who reside in Arlington and surrounding areas. Many of these students come from under-resourced backgrounds and may be facing multiple layers of stress and adversity. As a compassionate clinician, you will work to create a trusting space for clients, empowering them to express their feelings and seek support in a non-judgmental environment.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's degree in Social Work or a related field is required; a Master’s degree is preferred.

• Current licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Texas.

• Strong understanding of assessment, diagnosis, and treatment methodologies for children and adolescents.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients, families, and colleagues.

• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse populations, respecting different backgrounds, beliefs, and interpersonal styles.

• Understanding of ethical guidelines and the ability to maintain professionalism under various circumstances.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience working with youth and families within a mental health setting.

• Experience in a school or community health environment is a plus.

• Proven skills in crisis intervention and case management.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
