The Opportunity We are hiring a Regional Nurse Manager (RNM) to lead and grow our clinical teams across our western region. As an RNM, you will oversee a multi-state region partnering with our Area Nurse Supervisors to manage a nursing team of around 75-100 registered nurses. This is a regional leadership role where you will be a trusted leader across your region: coaching supervisors and clinic staff, driving clinical quality, supporting nurses through challenges, and ensuring that every market in your region has what it needs to perform well and stay available for our customers. The Role Lead and Develop Your Regional Team Build strong, trusting relationships with 5-7 Area Nurse Supervisors (Territory Supervisors), providing ongoing coaching, development, and performance support. Conduct regional meetings and regularly attend ANS meetings to stay connected and provide senior-level guidance to your team. Serve as the clinical escalation point for your region when ANS leaders need backup. Drive Clinical Excellence Lead initiatives and ensure consistent adherence to Passport Health's clinical protocols and care standards. Evaluate and coach nurses who need additional development, partnering with the ANS team on targeted improvement plans. Support the client services team on escalated clinical concerns and complex patient situations. Deliver on Operations Use performance data to identify regional needs and guide decisions. Collaborate cross-functionally with Workforce Management, HR, Scheduling, and Supply Chain to support clinic needs, staffing needs, and operational initiatives. Contribute to strategy conversations and leadership planning at the executive level. Track regional performance metrics including Vaccine Protection Rate (VPR), Revenue per Customer (RPC), and attrition to identify trends and drive accountability. Monday - Friday, Full-time hours Required Qualifications Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse license in good standing. Prior clinical leadership experience, ideally in an equivalent supervisory role. Candidate must reside and be licensed in California. Completion of Passport Health's RN training program, providing hands‑on experience with our clinical protocols, patient interactions, and operational workflows. Strong communication skills - able to inspire nurses, navigate difficult conversations, and engage with confidence at the executive level. You take personal ownership of your region's outcomes and advocate for your team's needs at the leadership level. Demonstrated ability to lead with both empathy and accountability, developing individuals toward higher performance. Comfort working with data - you use metrics to identify gaps, track progress, and make evidence‑based decisions. Willingness to travel approximately 25% of the time within your assigned region.
