EVP, Regional Manager

Opportunity This position is responsible for overseeing loan officers and loan processors in the execution of their duties, including sourcing loan and deposit opportunities, negotiating and issuing term sheets, gathering appropriate information, performing analysis, due diligence, underwriting proposed loan requests, reviewing loan documentation, maintaining files, ensuring compliance, and audit readiness. The role will supervise initial borrower submissions, guide credit requests through administration, and perform tasks in accordance with company policies, U.S. state and federal laws, and regulations. How You’ll Make a Difference Oversee the development and execution of a sound, aggressive, and controlled program of business development and retention for the team you supervise. Direct and monitor results from a team of lenders and support staff. Ensure the team’s activity is consistent with the bank’s compliance and audit programs. Generate new loans consistent with the bank’s underwriting standards. Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and address their needs. Advise senior management of changes in the marketplace. Participate in interviewing and hiring decisions. Prepare and deliver performance evaluations, goal planning, and counseling. Manage, support, coach, and train staff. Treat people with respect, keep commitments, inspire trust, work ethically, and uphold organizational values. What You’ll Bring Minimum seven years of lending/credit experience. At least three years of experience managing three or more people. Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting. CPA or MBA preferred. Strong analytical and communication skills with an entrepreneurial work ethic. Ability to travel for client visits and meetings as needed. Proficient with Word and Excel. Customer‑centric service: respond timely and courteously, consider customer needs in decisions. Effective communication: share information, listen, involve others, convey ideas clearly.
