Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and multi-faceted assessments to understand clients' mental health concerns, formulate diagnostic impressions, and create tailored treatment plans.

• Utilize a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), in individual, family, and group settings, corresponding directly to clients’ specific needs and treatment goals.

• Deliver immediate crisis intervention during acute mental health emergencies, providing clients with the necessary stabilization and support.
\n
• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records in compliance with ethical and legal standards, encompassing treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment details.

• Engage in collaborative practice with an interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure a holistic approach to client care and treatment integration.

• Serve as an educator for clients and family members about mental health issues and treatment alternatives, while advocating for clients' rights and needs within the community.

• Commit to lifelong learning and professional growth by participating in training sessions, workshops, and relevant continuing education opportunities.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role as a Mental Health Counselor will involve working with a varied client population, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other psychological challenges. You will address the unique backgrounds and experiences of clients, ensuring that cultural sensitivity and inclusivity are woven into your therapeutic practice.

Qualifications\n

• Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, LCSW-R) is required.

• A Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is essential; a Master's or Doctoral degree is desirable.

• Demonstrated clinical assessment and diagnostic skills are imperative.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 85,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
