The overall objective of this role is to execute on Pricing changes and develop the necessary reporting to assess the impact of Pricing actions on overall business outcomes.Responsibilities:Develop detailed product and pricing requirements and conduct market readiness evaluations during testing phases to ensure performance goals are metLead cross-functional teams to resolve business issues related to technology projects with significant business impact as well as share knowledge across product marketing, contributing to the development of new techniques and improvement of processes/workflow for the product marketing functionParticipate in technology projects for small product enhancements, minor customizations and pricing functionality changesServe as Subject Matter Expert (SME) on product and pricing customization projects and influence decisions through advice, counsel, and/or facilitating services to others in area of specializationDocument new products and/or changes to existing products and pricing, ensure smooth business implementation during launch process, and prioritize and validate potentially dynamic material from multiple sources using analytical skillsDevelop reporting required to deliver pricing insights and support decisions necessary to drive business outcomesAppropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.Recommended Qualifications:2-5 years or relevant experienceWorking knowledge of different systems, technologies, and practices relevant to product pricing managementPractical experience of multiple business cyclesKnowledge of industry and competitor products/servicesWorking knowledge of strategic direction of the function within the business as well as a solid conceptual/practical grounding in function and/or area of expertiseConsistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communicationDemonstrated project management skillsEducation:Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience------------------------------------------------------Job Family Group: Product Management and Development------------------------------------------------------Job Family:Product Management------------------------------------------------------Time Type:Full time------------------------------------------------------Primary Location:NC-CHARLOTTE (BALLANTYNE)------------------------------------------------------Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:$81,600.00 - $122,400.00In addition to salary, Citi’s offerings may also include, for eligible employees, discretionary and formulaic incentive and retention awards.
