Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of children to identify developmental strengths and challenges.

• Actively participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP) tailored to each child's unique needs.

• Track progress and outcomes, offering guidance and support to families as a key member of the team.
\n
• Facilitate effective communication between families, healthcare providers, and educational professionals, ensuring an integrated approach to care.

• Administer ongoing assessments and provide evidence-based interventions to support children’s developmental progress.

• Ensure compliance with all applicable Federal and State regulations in all professional undertakings.

• Build rapport with children and families, fostering a supportive and engaging learning environment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary client focus of this role encompasses infants and toddlers with disabilities or developmental delays. You will be instrumental in assisting families facing varied challenges, ensuring that children learn essential skills across multiple domains, including physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication skills. Your work will significantly contribute to enhancing their quality of life and developmental outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A current LCSW license issued by the Department of Public Health.

Compensation and Benefits\n
