Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish and nurture trusting relationships with clients to create a safe therapeutic environment.

• Conduct initial assessments of mental health disorders, accurately diagnosing and forming treatment plans tailored to individual clients.

• Lead individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), family systems therapy, and solutions-focused therapy.

• Provide ongoing support and adjust treatment plans as necessary based on client progress and feedback.

• Facilitate regular consultations with clients to monitor their mental wellness and address any emerging challenges or needs.

• Document client encounters and treatment plans in compliance with HIPAA regulations and internal policies, ensuring continuity of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will focus on a diverse range of clients, including individuals coping with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, addiction, and trauma. As a key member of our mental health team, you will directly impact the lives of clients in pursuit of healthier lifestyles while navigating their unique challenges. Qualifications\n

• A valid LMFT license in the state of Colorado.

• A master’s or doctorate degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Demonstrated commitment to the principles of mental health treatment and ethical practice.

• Proficiency with telehealth systems and electronic health records (EHR).

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in addiction therapy, with a solid understanding of evidence-based treatments for substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions.

Compensation and Benefits\n
