Customer Service Specialist

Description Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service in a call center environment. Handle inbound customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally and efficiently. Accurately document customer interactions and follow established procedures. Research and troubleshoot customer concerns while maintaining service quality standards. Collaborate with team members and management to ensure a positive customer experience. Meet productivity, attendance, and performance expectations. Required Qualifications Minimum 1 year of call center experience preferred Strong customer service experience in a professional or retail environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems simultaneously Reliable attendance and schedule flexibility Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills Skills Customer service, Customer support Call center Additional Skills & Qualifications High School diploma required Associates or Bachelor preferred Training Period 6-8 weeks Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM 100% onsite during training Post-Training Schedule Hybrid work arrangement: 3 days onsite 2 days remote Candidates must be available to work between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM, Monday through Friday Employees can expect to work one to two shifts per week from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM Final schedules will be assigned upon completion of training Experience needed: Previous call center and/or phone-based customer service experience Strong communication skills Teamwork mentality Reliability and ability to work assigned shifts Experience Level Entry Level Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of North Kingstown, RI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $18.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
