About the Role
The Company is seeking a Product Coach, VP to play a pivotal role in the adoption of a product-centric operating model. The successful candidate will be responsible for coaching product leaders, managers, and cross-functional teams in product management principles and agile methodologies. This includes guiding the definition of product vision, value propositions, and measurable outcomes, as well as facilitating the transition to a more customer-centric and outcome-driven approach. The role demands a hands-on approach to coaching, the development of reusable playbooks, and the design of learning programs to build product management capabilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, agile coaching, and transformation leadership, with a preference for those with experience in financial services. Applicants for the Product Coach, VP position at the company should have a minimum of 7 years' experience in product management, coaching, or related disciplines, with a proven track record of influencing behavior change and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Key qualifications include a deep understanding of product management practices, excellent facilitation and stakeholder influence skills, and the ability to work across various functions in a matrixed environment. The role also requires the candidate to be adept at diagnosing organizational barriers and recommending practical interventions. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, with advanced degrees or industry certifications being a plus. The successful candidate will be passionate about supporting the adoption of modern product delivery practices and AI-enabled tools, and will be instrumental in promoting a culture of experimentation, transparency, and collaboration.
