Client Service Associate

Position Title: Client Service Associate Salary Range : 2-5 years experience $75k, with $10k bonus to $85k OTE 5+ years $85k base with $10k bonus to $95k OTE A boutique wealth management firm is seeking a Client Service Associate to serve as a trusted point of contact for high-net-worth clients while owning the operational details that keep a growing practice running smoothly. This individual will manage client communications, account administration, CRM accuracy, meeting preparation, and day-to-day office workflows while partnering closely with financial advisors, custodians, compliance, and back-office teams. The ideal candidate is polished, proactive, and exceptionally organized, with a natural ability to build relationships and the discipline to follow every detail through to completion Responsibilities Deliver a warm, polished, and highly personalized client experience while serving as a trusted first point of contact for service requests and day-to-day needs Process new accounts, transfers, deposits, distributions and other account service requests with exceptional accuracy and follow-through Prepare account paperwork, statements, performance reports and regulatory correspondence while tracking outstanding items through completion Own CRM data integrity by maintaining accurate client records, notes, workflows, follow-ups and recurring processes Anticipate advisor and client needs before meetings by preparing materials, technology and hospitality details so every interaction feels seamless Manage client correspondence and the firm inbox with professionalism, discretion and urgency while appropriately escalating complex matters Support office operations and client events by maintaining a polished environment, coordinating supplies and mail, and assisting with seminars and special events Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience within financial services, including wealth management, banking, brokerage, insurance or a related environment Bachelor's degree Strong proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word with experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Redtail, Wealthbox or similar Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage competing priorities without sacrificing accuracy or client service Polished verbal and written communication skills with a genuine ability to build trust and meaningful relationships with clients Proactive, discreet, and highly dependable approach to handling confidential financial and personal information Comfort learning and using modern technology and AI-assisted tools as part of daily workflows Benefits Competitive base salary commensurate with experience Performance-based bonus opportunity Comprehensive employee benefits 401(k) retirement plan Paid time off and company holidays If you are the person clients remember because you made everything easier, more personal and more thoughtful, this is the opportunity to bring that standard of service to a firm that values it - apply today! #LI-LO1 #LI-SB1 Boutique Recruiting
