HVAC Service Coordinator/Dispatcher

Focus on customer satisfaction, technician quality services, and achieving company service objectives.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Receiving customer phone requests for service.

· Selecting and dispatching appropriate service technician.

· Maintaining positive relationships with customers and technicians.

· Ordering parts/tools from supply house for technicians.

· Schedules warehouse / driver as required

· Customer satisfaction and prompt resolution of customer complaints

· Timely and efficient use of field labor including coordination and scheduling

· Issuing computer generated purchase orders for technicians.

· Processing monthly preventative maintenance reports.

· Track contracts to ensure conformity to agreement.

· Input technician labors hours to computer for payroll purposes.

· Maintain all files of Service Contracts, Work Tickets, quoted jobs

· Process weekly billing worksheets

· Set up sold jobs/contracts assigned to the supervisors

· Coordinates activities with Service Supervisors
