We are seeking a highly polished, service driven Concierge Manager to deliver exceptional, 7-star hospitality and executive administrative support to a distinguished portfolio of domestic and international clients. This role is ideal for a hospitality professional looking to extend their career within an elite, high-touch service environment. This position is suited for someone who anticipates and assumes client needs before they arise, operating with an exceptional level of detail, organization, and discretion. The Concierge Manager will oversee personalized concierge operations while ensuring seamless execution of all services at the highest standard of excellence.

Job Duties:

Deliver exceptional, white-glove concierge services to executive clientele.
Anticipate client needs and proactively provide tailored, seamless solutions.
Manage and fulfill complex domestic and international client requests with precision and discretion.
Coordinate luxury travel, dining, entertainment, and exclusive experiences.
Provide executive administrative support including scheduling, correspondence, and logistics.
Manage, mentor, and develop an elite team of concierge professionals, ensuring consistent 7-star service delivery.
Build and maintain strong relationships with premium vendors, partners, and service providers.
Handle sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality.
Maintain exceptional attention to detail and organization across all client interactions and operations.

Qualifications:

Minimum 4+ years of experience in luxury hospitality, concierge services, or executive support.
Proven experience supporting high-net-worth individuals or executive-level clients.
Demonstrated ability to anticipate needs and operate with a high level of detail and organization.
Experience managing and developing high-performing concierge or hospitality teams.
Must be willing to work onsite in Manhattan with open availability including weekends and holidays.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a polished, professional presence.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to perform with discretion and composure.
Extensive knowledge of luxury services, travel, and lifestyle management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling systems.
