Role Description
We are currently seeking a Project Assistant to join our Los Angeles, California office. The Project Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting the legal team by managing project timelines, coordinating with attorneys and staff, and ensuring the timely and smooth delivery of projects. Please note that this is a full-time position in our Los Angeles, California office.
Key Responsibilities
- Copying, scanning, printing and sorting documents.
- Scanning and distributing mail.
- Scheduling meetings.
- Ordering supplies.
- Covering reception desk.
- Assisting with administrative projects, including docketing court dates.
Qualifications
- High school or college degree.
- Previous experience working in an office environment is preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Outlook.
