Qualifications/Desired Experience

• Active Special Education Teacher certification/licensure for assigned caseload (Pennsylvania required)
• Bachelor’s degree (minimum requirement for emergency teaching permit)
• Previous experience in schools, preferably urban settings
• Mastery of subject content and strong instructional skills
• Ability to complete all Pennsylvania clearances
• Proficient in creating state- and district-standard aligned lesson plans
• Versatile with formative assessment and differentiation practices
• Strong classroom and behavioral management capabilities
• Comfortable with school district requirements and the community
• Reliable transportation
• Available for full-time, onsite schedule (Monday-Friday, 8:30AM–4PM)
