Marketing Associate
Our client is looking for a Marketing Associate for a direct hire career opportunity. The position is onsite in Saddle Brook, NJ, Williamsport, PA, or Redlands, CA. Salary is $80,000 - $85,000 annually. Responsibilities include:
- Social Media & Digital Marketing
- New Product Development (NPD) & Launch Support
- Brand & Organic Growth
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business-related field required.
- 2–4 years of experience in marketing, brand management, or digital communications; consumer-product background preferred.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, content scheduling tools, and performance metrics
- Excellent written and visual communication skills; ability to adapt tone to brand voice.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
- Detail-oriented, collaborative, and capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $80,000.00 - $85,000.00
