We are deploying AI across our engineering organization, from integration agents that accelerate partner onboarding to universal adapter layers that connect disparate payment systems. The Role We need an engineering leader whose top priority is AI. You will drive AI adoption across a team of 11 engineers, teaching modern AI workflows, managing execution, and building AI-native infrastructure. This is not a research role. Requirements Production experience in stablecoins, crypto infrastructure, or payments APIs Deep hands-on experience with LLMs in production: Claude, GPT-4, or equivalent Track record of teaching engineers and elevating team capabilities Experience managing engineering teams (5+ direct reports) Strong opinions on AI-assisted development workflows (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, Temporal) You Will Lead AI initiatives: integration agents, universal adapters, automated QA, code generation Teach and coach engineers on AI-first development practices Own engineering execution: shipping reliable infrastructure on time Build the AI engineering function: tooling, processes, culture Work directly with CEO on technical strategy and roadmap Nice to Have Previous role at Bridge, Circle, Paxos, Stripe, Plaid, or similar infrastructure company Experience building agentic systems or multi-step AI workflows Background in distributed systems or high-reliability payments Contributions to open-source AI tooling #J-18808-Ljbffr Fin.com
