Job TitleLocation: Quincy, MASchedule: Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM to 4:30PMHourly rate: $20 an hour.Job DescriptionThe position includes quoting and processing new and renewal business, and all aspects of personal lines account managing. We are looking for a team member who will be committed to providing the highest level of service with the goal of exceeding customer expectations.RequirementsInsurance or Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)Candidate must have prior customer service experience or account managing experienceMust be proficient in Microsoft online platforms including word, excel, outlook, etc.Candidate must also be comfortable interacting with clients, Insurance carrier underwriters, and Insurance carrier marketing representatives.
