Supply Chain Associate

Primary Location Burnet Campus Department Material Mgt Shift Evening (United States of America) Schedule Full time Weekly Hours 40 FTE 1 Employee Status Regular *Expected Starting Pay Range $16.75 - $20.27 *Starting pay is based on experience, skills, and equity; exceptions may apply for highly qualified candidates. Additional pay (e.g., shift, on‑call, or weekend differentials) and benefits may apply. Annual pay may vary based on FTE status.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Schedule: 3pm-11:30pm, 40 hours/week. May include every other weekend and a holiday rotation Key Responsibilities Maintain inventory levels through replenishment, cycle counting, and stock rotation Receive, inspect, and store incoming shipments accurately and efficiently Pick, prepare, and distribute supply orders to clinical and operational departments Monitor inventory locations and resolve stock discrepancies Utilize inventory management systems to track supplies and maintain accurate records Verify product expiration dates and support inventory quality initiatives Communicate inventory shortages, backorders, and supply concerns to leadership Partner with customers and team members to ensure timely fulfillment of supply needs Follow departmental safety, regulatory, and quality standards Support additional supply chain and materials management functions as assigned Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull supplies, equipment, and inventory Ability to bend, reach, stoop, and perform repetitive tasks Ability to safely operate material handling equipment as required Ability to work in warehouse, storeroom, and healthcare environments
