What You'll Do

• Coordinate and schedule outbound shipments to customers
• Source and evaluate transportation carriers to secure the best pricing and service
• Manage incoming freight and ensure timely receipt of materials
• Track and monitor all inbound and outbound orders from start to finish
• Utilize inventory management systems to maintain accurate inventory and shipment records
• Analyze logistics performance data and identify opportunities for process improvements
• Investigate and resolve shipping, freight, and pricing discrepancies
• Manage Proofs of Delivery (PODs), Certificates of Insurance, and shipping documentation
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Service, Purchasing, Accounts Payable, and Order Management teams
• Verify outbound shipments for accuracy before carrier pickup

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 3+ years of logistics, transportation, freight coordination, or supply chain experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with minimal supervision
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build positive relationships internally and externally
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Experience using inventory management or ERP systems
