Merchant Growth & Ops Lead, Autonomy

DoorDash Labs in San Francisco is hiring a Merchant Success & Growth lead to shape how merchants onboard and perform with autonomy technology. You will own end-to-end merchant adoption metrics, build onboarding playbooks from first contact through training and go-live, and partner with sales and field ops to recruit the right cohorts.
