What You’ll Do: Be the first point of contact for potential members—guide them on their journey to improved mobility and wellness. Drive revenue through relationship‑based sales, creating win‑win scenarios for clients and the studio. Proactively reach out to leads, schedule studio visits, and introduce prospects to our world‑class services. Conduct personalized hand‑offs to our Flexologists, ensuring every client feels valued and understood. Present membership options with confidence and enthusiasm—focus on meeting client needs, not just selling memberships. Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through effective consultations and relationship‑building. Create a welcoming environment at the front desk, educate clients, and participate in community events. What We’re Looking For: Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills. Goal‑oriented mindset with a passion for helping others. Ability to learn and use CRM software, and proficient computer skills. Fluent in English, with top‑notch communication via in‑person, phone, and email. Ready to stand or sit for up to 8 hours, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.

COMPENSATION & PERKS:

$17–$19+ per hour (base + commission) Base hourly pay plus commission on sessions sold. High‑performing Sales Associates can earn well above the top of the range — the more sessions you sell, the higher your total hourly earnings. Commission paid on membership sales.
