Were partnering with a high-performing, entrepreneurial firm to find an Administrative Assistant who will play a key role in supporting a growing Denver office.

This is not a typical admin position.

• Manage and coordinate calendars across multiple bankers balancing competing priorities and ensuring seamless scheduling
• Support travel coordination and logistics
• Handle expenses and administrative workflows
• Serve as the in-office presence and director of first impressions
• Ensure the office runs smoothly and professionally day-to-day
