Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' emotional, social, and environmental challenges to formulate effective service plans.

• Develop personalized goals and intervention strategies, and continuously monitor progress to adapt as necessary.

• Provide individual and family counseling sessions utilizing evidence-based methods to help clients navigate their unique circumstances.

• Perform crisis interventions, including safety planning and risk assessments, to ensure the immediate well-being of clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
