Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to identify clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and available resources.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions through individual, family, and group therapy sessions, employing modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, trauma-focused therapy, or solution-focused therapy.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that set clear goals and interventions tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to coordinate care and ensure that treatment plans reflect a comprehensive understanding of client needs.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
