Human Resources Business Partner

We’re looking for a hands-on in the field HR Business Partner to support leaders and employees across multiple locations in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. This role blends employee relations, compliance, and strategic HR partnership to drive performance, engagement, and operational excellence. Interested in more details? Core duties and responsibilities include

• Partner with leaders to manage employee relations , including performance, investigations, and corrective actions
• Ensure compliance with California labor laws (wage & hour, CFRA, FMLA, PDL, FEHA, etc.)
• Support recruiting and onboarding to deliver a strong new hire experience
• Guide managers on performance management and development strategies
• Assist with leave of absence, benefits, and accommodations
• Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to improve engagement and retention
• Lead and support training, change management, and HR initiatives
• Travel between locations to provide on-site HR support

Required skills and qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field or equivalent exp
• 5+ years of HR experience
• Multi-location experience
• Strong knowledge of California employment laws
• Experience handling employee relations and workplace investigations
• Ability to influence and partner with leaders at all levels
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Valid CA driver’s license (travel required)

Compensation

The Salary range for this position is from $90k-100K, along with a company vehicle
