Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to the specific needs of each client.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role centers on providing mental health services to adolescents and their families, particularly those lacking adequate access to care. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Washington State.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 90,000, commensurate with experience and caseload. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including access to dental, vision, and health insurance, as well as malpractice insurance coverage. Additionally, counselors will have a manageable caseload supplemented by client referrals, and our support team will assist with billing and documentation processes to alleviate administrative burdens.
