Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients, including the assessment of medical history, physical abilities, and the identification of treatment goals and recommendations.
• Communicate evaluation findings and treatment plans clearly to both patients and their families, actively involving them in the goal-setting process.
• Implement treatment protocols tailored to each patient's needs, using a wide range of techniques such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to discuss treatment plans and changes in patient conditions, ensuring a holistic approach to healthcare.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation for all patient interactions, including initial evaluations, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries, in compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Manage time effectively by maintaining patient schedules, participating in team meetings, and consistently meeting productivity expectations.
• Participate in marketing initiatives and community outreach to promote access to care and engage potential patients.
• Engage in ongoing professional development activities to enhance clinical skills and serve as a mentor to student interns.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The physical therapist will serve a varied patient population, including individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, neurological conditions, and chronic pain. Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to USD 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
