As an SLPA, you will:

• Collaborate closely with Speech-Language Pathologists to implement therapy plans and support student communication goals.
• Work with a diverse K-12 caseload, providing direct and indirect therapy services to students with varying speech and language needs.
• Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and session activities.
• Participate actively in team meetings and contribute to IEP processes as required.
• Communicate effectively with teachers, staff, and parents to promote student success.
• Adapt therapy approaches to meet the unique needs of each student.

Ideal candidates will have:

• Valid California SLPA license or eligibility.
• Previous experience in a school setting preferred, though enthusiastic new graduates are welcome to apply!
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• A collaborative and flexible mindset, comfortable working with students at all grade levels.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
