Ponce Law is looking to hire a Lawyer in Goodlettsville, TN. The position requires 1 year experience in a legal practitioner role and a Juris Doctor Degree or Foreign Law Degree determined to be substantially equivalent for Tennessee bar admission under Tenn. Sup. Ct. Rule 7. Job Duties Conduct legal research and analysis of statutes, regulations, and case law to develop case strategy and support client matters. Apply findings to drafting pleadings, contracts, and other legal documents. Manage client matters from initiation through resolution and create client relationships through clear communication. Prepare and compile legal documentation such as legal filings, witness statements, contracts, billing statements, and professional legal correspondence ensuring timely and accurate submission with procedural requirements. Engage in dispute resolution, including mediation, arbitration, and settlement negotiations. Coordinating litigation matters.
