Culturetech Solutions is seeking an experienced IT Field Support Specialist to join a small support team onsite in the South Bay area. This role involves providing hands-on technical support through local daily travel between field locations. The Specialist will contribute to routine maintenance, system upgrades, and deployments, ensuring seamless technology operations for our valued clients. This position offers opportunities for skill development and professional certifications within a people-first, collaborative company culture.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues across various devices
• Provide user assistance and resolve technical problems promptly
• Support network connectivity, printers, and mobile devices
• Deploy and configure new devices and systems onsite
• Manage and resolve tickets using support ticketing systems
• Deliver remote and onsite technical support as needed
• Maintain documentation of support activities and system configurations
• Administer Active Directory and support VPN connectivity

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of IT Field support or equivalent work experience
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for local travel

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365
• Knowledge of networking, printer support, and mobile device management (MDM)
• Familiarity with Active Directory and VPN connectivity
• Strong hardware troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
