Human Resources Generalist | Healthcare Fair Lawn, NJ (Onsite) $80,000 - $90,000 + PTO, Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), Profit Sharing A growing healthcare organization with multiple locations throughout Northern New Jersey is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support HR operations, employee relations, recruiting, payroll, benefits administration, and compliance. Reporting directly to executive leadership, this role offers the opportunity to make a visible impact within a growing organization while helping strengthen HR processes and employee experience across multiple sites. Responsibilities Manage employee onboarding and offboarding Maintain employee records and HRIS data Support payroll administration using Paycom Process employee status, compensation, and benefits changes Assist with benefits administration and employee inquiries Coordinate recruiting activities, interview scheduling, and candidate communication Support employee relations matters and performance documentation Partner with managers on HR processes and workplace issues Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations Maintain HR reports, personnel files, and workforce documentation Assist with employee engagement initiatives and internal communications Travel occasionally to other Northern New Jersey locations Qualifications 3+ years of Human Resources experience Experience in a hands‑on HR Generalist, HR Coordinator, or HR Operations role Payroll and HRIS experience required Paycom experience preferred Knowledge of employee relations, recruiting, benefits administration, and compliance Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment Healthcare or multi‑site experience is a plus Benefits Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401(k) Profit Sharing Paid Time Off Growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding organization Apply today to join a growing healthcare organization where you'll have direct exposure to leadership and the opportunity to help shape HR operations as the company continues to expand. #J-18808-Ljbffr
