Your Main Responsibilities Include:

• First voice to the customer: You take incoming customer inquiries and proactively contact potential customers - the processing of orders is always within your responsibility
• You undertake customer visits and advise customers on-site
• You create offers and contracts according to the requirements and always have the customer's needs in focus
• Following up on the created offers and contracts is also part of your daily work
• As part of the team, you support the implementation of sales strategies, local and national projects, as well as new customer acquisition at trade fairs or through campaigns
• Acquiring new customers is also part of your area of responsibility

What You Bring To The Table:

• First experience in the sales of consulting-intensive industrial goods is an advantage, but ambitious graduates or lateral entrants are also welcome
• Technical training with relevant work experience; preferably in customer service or a university degree in engineering sciences, physics, mechanical engineering or similar
• Fluent German and good English skills in speech and writing
• Professional handling of the common MS-Office products
• Ideally experience in handling CRM systems, e.g. Cloud4Customer
