This position allows for flexibility as it is conducted remotely, enabling you to maintain a work-life balance that suits your individual needs. While most interactions will be via telehealth, you may also engage with patients in our modern outpatient office located in Columbia, Maryland, should circumstances permit. Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will undertake a variety of crucial tasks designed to support mental health and family dynamics. Your responsibilities include:

• Conducting individual therapy sessions for each family member, alongside joint sessions with couples and family groups.
\n
• Developing personalized treatment plans to address a range of issues such as alcohol abuse, grief and loss, sibling conflicts, and communication difficulties.
\n
• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches and interventions tailored to your client's unique situations.
\n
• Maintaining accurate documentation of client progress and treatment protocols in compliance with regulatory standards and company policy.
\n
• Participating in regular team meetings and case consultations to ensure holistic care is provided.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clientele includes a diverse population of adults, children, and adolescents dealing with an array of challenges, including but not limited to family conflicts, separation and divorce, and blended family dynamics. Your role will be to foster an environment of understanding and healing, helping clients adjust to life’s changes and improve their mental health.

Qualifications\n

To qualify for this role, applicants must possess the following:

• A valid and active LMFT license in the State of Maryland.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Commitment to delivering high-quality, evidence-based care with a strong focus on patient outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits\n
