Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for an individual patient or an assigned group of patients according to established standards and the nursing process.
- Supervise and direct activities of various levels of nursing staff under your supervision.
- Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, and other disciplines to ensure seamless patient flow.
- Apply clinical judgment and critical thinking to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in real time.
- Document care interventions and patient responses accurately in the medical record.
- Support a multidisciplinary team approach to optimize patient outcomes in the outpatient setting.

Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse license (California)
- BLS (American Heart Association) certification
- Minimum 1 year of recent outpatient or ambulatory care nursing experience
- Ability to perform and sustain 10-hour shifts in a 4x10 schedule
- Demonstrated critical thinking, independent judgment, and supervisory capability
- Must be able to work effectively in an outpatient hospital setting in Saint Helena, CA
