EHR Training Program Manager

To ensure successful adoption and optimization of electronic health records, the full-time EHR Training Program Manager will lead the development and execution of comprehensive training initiatives for clinical and administrative users, collaborating with various stakeholders and delivering both virtual and in-person instruction. Key responsibilities Develop and manage a comprehensive EHR training program tailored for different user roles Create and maintain instructional materials that align with organizational workflows and regulatory requirements Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve methods based on user feedback and performance metrics Required qualifications 3+ years of experience in training on eClinicalWorks or Athena in a healthcare setting Proven experience in designing and delivering clinical and administrative training programs Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design Familiarity with ambulatory clinical workflows and revenue cycle operations Proficient in learning management systems and training tools, with UKG experience preferred
