Jira Administrator
Virtual Vocations Inc
Managing the day-to-day administration and optimization of the company's Atlassian Cloud environment, the contracted Jira Administrator will support Jira, Confluence, and Jira Service Management while executing platform initiatives directed by IT leadership in a remote setting. Key responsibilities Administer and support Jira Cloud, including project configuration, workflows, and user management Execute Atlassian organization and site consolidations in collaboration with IT leadership Implement and manage Atlassian Guard, including SSO and SCIM user provisioning through Okta Required qualifications 5+ years of experience in Jira administration, specifically with Jira Cloud Experience with cloud-to-cloud migrations and site consolidations Familiarity with Atlassian licensing, billing, and subscription administration Strong command of Jira configuration and administration of Confluence and Jira Service Management Atlassian certification (such as ACP-120 Jira Cloud Administrator) preferred
