This is a W-2 Base salary plus commission sales role ideal for experienced professionals in roofing, solar, or home improvement sales. If you’re a strong closer who thrives in a performance-driven environment, this is your chance to represent a trusted brand and earn $100K+ annually. This role primarily covers DuPage County (Naperville, Downers Grove, Carol Stream, Wheaton, Addison, Chicago and nearby areas). We provide qualified leads, full backend support, and industry-leading tools—while you also build your own pipeline through networking, canvassing, and referrals.
