Contracts Administrator

Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Contracts Administrator to assist their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting pay rate of $35.00 to $38.00 per hour. Job Responsibilities Manage contract administration activities by reviewing agreements and tracking key terms throughout the engagement lifecycle. Coordinate payment processing and onboarding documentation for talent and project participants. Collaborate with production finance and operational teams to ensure accurate tracking of schedules and deliverables. Communicate with internal and external stakeholders regarding contract status payment timing and related inquiries. Identify and resolve administrative issues while escalating complex matters to appropriate departments when necessary. Requirements Bring experience within entertainment media legal services or contract administration environments. Demonstrate strong ability to interpret complex agreements and extract important business terms. Possess knowledge of industry regulations guidelines and payment administration processes. Use Excel and database systems effectively to manage records track activity and prepare reports. Manage multiple priorities successfully within a fast paced and deadline driven environment. Qualifications Maintain exceptional attention to detail when reviewing contracts tracking obligations and processing documentation. Communicate professionally with representatives business partners and internal stakeholders. Adapt quickly to changing schedules priorities and operational requirements. Provide guidance and support to team members while promoting consistency and accuracy in processes.
