Summary We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Associate to expand our commercial, contractor, and kitchen & bath dealer networks. This role is key to driving growth by acquiring new accounts, fostering long-term client relationships, and representing Tops at industry events. If you thrive on building relationships, spotting opportunities, and closing deals, this is a strong career growth opportunity. Compensation Base salary of $55,000–$70,000 depending on experience Monthly bonus opportunities tied to account growth and sales performance Company vehicle Expected first-year earnings of approximately $65,000–$100,000+ Responsibilities Develop new business with contractors, builders, designers, and dealers in residential and commercial markets. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing accounts. Attend trade shows, networking events, and company-sponsored activities (roughly 2 per month; flexible work schedule is an option). Research market trends and competitors to identify opportunities. Deliver presentations and proposals to clients to showcase Tops’ products and value. Collaborate with marketing and operations to ensure client needs are met. Track leads, pipeline, and performance using CRM software. Prepare regular reports on sales activity and results. Qualifications Passion for business development or sales roles. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Comfortable attending networking events and engaging with industry professionals. Proficient in Microsoft Office and other modern software tools. Self-motivated with ability to manage multiple priorities. Local travel throughout the South Puget Sound region for client meetings and industry events.
