Now Hiring: Payroll Admin– Ontario, CA
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented *seasonal* Payroll Administrator to join our team in Ontario, CA. This position plays a vital role in supporting payroll operations and ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing. Position Overview:
The Payroll Administrator is responsible for supporting the Payroll Manager with day-to-day payroll tasks, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and timely processing of payroll for multiple sites.
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, occasional overtime
Pay Rate: $18.00/HR

Key Responsibilities:
- Review and maintain payroll-related records for accuracy and completeness.
- Assist with auditing employee data, timekeeping records, and payroll documentation.
- Process and track Payroll Action Requests (PARs)
- Generate and distribute weekly and monthly payroll-related reports.
- Support payroll teams by responding to inquiries and assisting with issue resolution.
- Ensure employee information and payroll records are updated and organized in internal systems.
- Assist with document management, reporting, data entry, and administrative projects.
- Serve as backup support for payroll administrative functions as needed.
- Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Comfortable handling a high volume of phone and email inquiries.
Work Environment:
- 8-hour day shifts, Monday to Friday
- Occasional weekend availability may be required
