Assistant Office Manager

Serving children and families in the surrounding suburbs for wide range of clinical concerns.
This role is a key partner to focusing on enhancing the client and employee experience. The office culture is professional and friendly.
Primary Responsibilities:
Assisting the business day-to-day office operations
Performing general office work, including scanning, faxing, and handling incoming calls.
Bookkeeping, auditing, and expense tracking.
Following up with our 3rd party vendor/biller.
Analyzing reports and implementing policies and procedures, requiring strong electronic organizational skills.
Assisting with staff onboarding and providing general staff support.
Managing multiple projects and prioritizing tasks effectively.
The successful candidate will learn all office functions, ranging from basic tasks to more complex areas, including:
Monitoring the billing process and insurance payments.
Managing the intake process.
Conducting income audits and insurance benefit reviews.
Compensation and Benefits:
Hourly Rate: $22 to $23 per hour. Potential for increases depending on the ability to take on additional duties. 35-40 hours per week.
Location: Oak Brook office.
Benefits: Health insurance, dental insurance, and participation in a Simple IRA plan are available.
Skill Requirements:
Bachelors degree preferred
Demonstrate experience improving systems and workflow
Comfortable working independently and collaboratively with leadership
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to problem solve and think ahead for complex systems with moving parts
Interested in being part of a team for the long term. A commitment and passion for the helping profession.
Previous office and experience with billing
Detail oriented, strong organizational skills, and problem solving abilities
Computer literate (google suite, Microsoft office, including Excel required.
Successful resolution experience preferred.
$18 - $21 per hour
