In this remote role, you will operate within a supportive and collaborative online environment, engaging with clients and fellow social workers as you navigate service delivery. While this position primarily involves remote work, you can expect to interact with clients through video conferencing and teletherapy sessions, ensuring high-quality care is accessible whenever and wherever it’s needed. Regular supervision and peer support meetings will foster a professional growth atmosphere. This role may occasionally require flexibility in scheduling, as evening or weekend hours may be necessary based on client availability and specific program needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough, holistic assessments to understand clients' social, emotional, and environmental challenges, and establish rapport and trust.

• Design and implement individualized service plans that include measurable goals, timely interventions, and continuous progress monitoring.

• Provide robust counseling services to individuals and families, addressing complex issues related to addiction, trauma, and mental health.

• Collaborate with clients to create tailored service plans and proactively connect them to community resources such as housing, employment, and health care.

• Execute crisis intervention strategies, perform risk assessments, and develop safety plans to safeguard client wellbeing.

• Build partnerships with community agencies and organizations to ensure seamless coordination of services and to act as a strong advocate for client needs.

• Participate actively in community outreach initiatives to foster awareness of available services and educate the public about social issues.

• Engage in case conferences, team meetings, and continual training opportunities to enhance both individual and team capabilities.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LCSW will focus primarily on individuals in a detox setting, many of whom are facing substance use disorders and related psychosocial issues. Our clients often deal with significant life challenges, and you will play a critical role in providing therapeutic support and access to resources that facilitate recovery and reintegration into the community.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, showcasing a solid foundation in clinical practices.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is mandatory to practice in the state of Oregon.

Compensation and Benefits\n
