Outpatient Physical Therapist - Full-Time

Body Dynamics Physical Therapy & Wellness is seeking a Full-time Physical Therapist to join our dedicated team within our state-of-the-art rehabilitation center located in beautiful Bradenton, Florida. In this role, you will be a key player in empowering our patients to regain motion and enhance their overall quality of life through tailored therapy programs.

Work Environment

You will work onsite at our rehabilitation center located in a vibrant community, offering a collaborative and progressive work environment. Our standard work hours are Monday through Friday from 9 am to 5 pm, allowing for a work-life balance while providing quality care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations to establish individualized care plans tailored to each patient's unique goals.
• Maintain a manageable caseload to ensure that each patient receives the attention and dedication they deserve during treatment sessions.
• Leverage your expertise in orthopedic outpatient care to employ effective, cost-efficient treatment strategies that enhance patient mobility.
• Focus on non-surgical alternatives aimed at minimizing the reliance on medications through holistic approaches.
• Incorporate a range of treatment techniques within care plans, utilizing the latest evidence-based practices.
• Design and implement personalized fitness and wellness programs that align with specific patient needs and health objectives.
• Motivate patients throughout their treatment, providing encouragement and support to foster a positive recovery environment.
• Collaborate with fellow healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care and seamless treatment coordination.
• Continuously evaluate patient progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on ongoing assessments.
• Document all patient interactions and treatment procedures meticulously using EMR software to uphold standards of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our primary focus is on treating patients recovering from sports-related injuries, orthopedic surgeries, and those with chronic pain management needs. You will work closely with a diverse client population, aiding them in navigating their recovery processes and helping them achieve their rehabilitation goals. Your role will involve creating meaningful connections with patients, understanding their specific needs, and addressing any concerns they may have.

Qualifications

• Successfully completed a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) program.
• Possession of an active Physical Therapist license with an exemplary record—no history of sanctions or board proceedings.
• Exceptional proficiency in a wide range of manual therapy techniques and modalities.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful exercise programs tailored to individual patient needs.
• Adept at using EMR systems, particularly Web PT, for accurate patient documentation.
• Strong foundation in contemporary physical therapy techniques as supported by the latest research.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in an outpatient clinic setting, particularly with orthopedic care.
• Background in sports medicine or rehabilitation therapy is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with holistic approaches and non-surgical treatment alternatives is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
