We are a locally owned and well-established staffing and recruiting firm specializing in Skilled Trades, Manufacturing, Technical, and Engineering placements throughout the Milwaukee area and Southeastern Wisconsin.

We are seeking a motivated and relationship-focused Staffing Recruiter / Hiring Professional to join our West Allis team.

What You'll Do

Recruit, screen, and place qualified candidates in manufacturing, skilled trades, technical, and engineering positions
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
Manage the full recruiting cycle, from sourcing and interviewing to placement and follow-up
Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and job seekers
Utilize our established client base and extensive candidate database to drive successful placements

What We're Looking For

Previous staffing, recruiting, or talent acquisition experience preferred
Experience recruiting for manufacturing or industrial environments is a plus
Strong communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented
High level of integrity and professionalism
A genuine desire to help people succeed
