Sprint-Driven Production Support Coordinator

California FAIR Plan Association is seeking a Production Support Coordinator to manage daily operations for the Production Support department in Los Angeles. You will coordinate sprint work, triage and prioritize break/fix tickets, and liaise with policy, billing, claims, broker relations, and operations stakeholders.
