Education Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to read measurements, follow instructions, and understand production drawings.
• Basic math skills for measuring, cutting, and assembling materials.

Experience Requirements

• Previous experience in construction, carpentry, manufacturing, woodworking, or general labor is preferred but not required.
• Experience using hand tools and power tools is a plus.
• On-the-job training provided for motivated candidates with a strong work ethic.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
• Regularly lift, carry, and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with exposure to dust, noise, and varying temperatures.
• Ability to work safely while meeting production goals.

Job Duties

• Assemble wooden roof and floor trusses using pre-cut lumber and construction plans.
• Read and interpret blueprints, truss drawings, and work orders to ensure accurate assembly.
• Select, position, and secure materials using hand tools and power tools.
• Inspect completed trusses to verify quality, accuracy, and compliance with safety standards.
• Follow all workplace safety procedures and wear required PPE.
• Maintain production records and communicate material or quality issues to supervisors.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production schedules and customer requirements.
