Mail Services Specialist

Paladin Consulting is currently hiring a Mail Services Specialist to join our team working onsite at our client's office located in Waltham, MA. We work with companies that offer environments for our employees to contribute, learn, and advance their career. We treat you like you are part of the family.

Job Title: Mail Services Specialist

Work Location: Waltham, MA

Duration: 2-3 month contract with option to extend (Leave of absence coverage)

Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm

Education/Experience Required: High school or equivalent

Job Description & Responsibilities:

This is busy university mail room. We need people that can handle a busy environment and be on their feet for extended periods of time.
Eternal walking mail runs on campus as well as help with any aspects of the operation.

Skills & Qualifications:

The manager is looking for someone that can work in a high-volume mailroom and be able to be on their feet for long periods of time.
Mailroom experience a plus.
Dress Code: Jeans and Ricoh provided polo shirt. Sneakers are fine.
Parking is provided.
