If you’re an experienced Litigation Paralegal who wants to work somewhere that actually feels like a good place to work , this one is worth a look. Law Firm is located in downtown Tampa. This is an in office position. Please note that the firm pays 100% for health insurance and parking in addition to other benefits.

This is a 10-attorney law firm that has been together for decades . The attorneys are genuinely nice, approachable people who value the staff they work with and they understand that a good Paralegal Assistant is an important part of the team.

And perhaps most importantly: you won’t be buried under an unrealistic file count.

This is a general liability defense practice , so you’ll be supporting attorneys with active litigation matters, but the workload is manageable and the expectations are realistic.

Duties may include:

1. Assist with medical and employment record review
2. Prepare non-party subpoenas
3. Prepare medical expense summaries
4. Expert coordination
5. Answer and propound discovery and organize, analyze
6. Prepare file and attorney for depositions, CMEs, witness and exhibit lists, and trial preparation
