Patient Access Rep (Primary Care - Call Center)

Job Description An employer is looking for a Patient Access Representative within a call center environment in the Beverly Hills, CA area to cover an LOA. This person will handle about 50+ calls per day for multiple primary care offices across Southern California. Responsibilities include answering phones, triaging patients, providing directions and parking instructions, notifying clinic facilities if a patient is running late, scheduling and rescheduling appointments, verifying insurances, and assisting with referrals and follow‑up care. This position is fully on‑site until fully trained and passing multiple assessments (typically 2-3 months depending on performance) when it will transition to remote. Must work any/all shifts between 7am-7pm Monday-Friday.
